Hello. How are you today?
I’m good. Great in fact! A few shows in and I’ve found my feet. My dog barked at a man doing Tai Chi this morning which I think was “invigorating” for all of us….
At this stage, how closely does your programme blurb match the content of your show? Pretty close, in that I kept the blurb vague and appealing, like the suggestion of France.
Who are you sharing a flat with and how will you help each other survive the month?
My wife and my boy. It’s the boy that’s doing the heavy lifting on the survival front. It’s hard to be a self obsessed actor type when there is LEGO to be built.
Any shows you’re excited about seeing?
Helen Duff’s offering will be amazing. Go to that. Also Mat Ewins. It’s the only ticket I bought as soon as they came out. I saw him do ten minutes once and it made me want to give up.
Other than the great shows, what else are you looking forward to about your trip to Edinburgh this year?
I went to college in Edinburgh, so it’s mostly just nice to see old friends. Forth Bridge too. Not even joking. Go. Like atheist cathedrals.
The Fringe’s tagline this year is ‘Into The Unknown’. What do people not know about you?
I’m a poster designer, photographer and terrible cook. The last fact is only relevant if you come by mine for dinner.
I’m bored of all the podcasts I currently subscribe to. Can you recommend me a good one please?
Distraction Pieces Podcast with Scroobius Pip. Really lovely.
Here’s a space to write about anything you want. Go for it.
