Hello. How are you today?
Good thanks. It’s lovely to get invited into the Laugh Out London offices: can’t believe you operate out of this mansion in the middle of London?!
At this stage, how closely does your programme blurb match the content of your show?
We learnt (the hard way) to keep our blurbs extremely vague. So a ‘madcap cartoonish comedy’ it will be, but there will be other more specific things in there too we promise.
Who are you sharing a flat with and how will you help each other survive the month?
We’re living with our friend Archie. He’s doing a musical comedy show. We’re also living with a band who are gigging for the month. So we’re hoping they’re all going to sing us a lullaby to sleep every night.
Any shows you’re excited about seeing?
So many! We’re really excited to see that Sheeps are back at the festival. We’re looking forward to that a lot. Also can’t wait to see Hot Gay Time Machine.
Other than the great shows, what else are you looking forward to about your trip to Edinburgh this year?
We’ve heard Edinburgh is a quiet city drenched in sunshine over August, so we’re really looking forward to the sunbathing and the relaxing.
The Fringe’s tagline this year is ‘Into The Unknown’. What do people not know about you?
Jordan is Banksy.
