Naz is a veteran of the stand-up circuit and has sketch experience as part of the acclaimed WitTank, but this is his first solo sketch hour.

Hello. How are you today?

Bit hot, but its okay as I’m wearing shorts and I didn’t forget my sunglasses.

At this stage, how closely does your programme blurb match the content of your show?

Haha, my programme blurb was pretty ambiguous my friend… so I totes got away with it!

Who are you sharing a flat with this festival and how will you help each other survive the month?

Kieran Boyd who I’ve always shared with. He’s basically like my fringe wife/son/older brother. Its an odd relationship, but we make it work. Also sharing with Tom Houghton. First time we live together so who knows what role he will play. Strange uncle perhaps?

Any shows you’re particularly excited about seeing?

Ivo Graham.

Other than the great shows, what else are you looking forward to about your trip to Edinburgh this year?

I’m going to fly back this year. Never done that before so I’m looking forward to my flight. I mean I have flown in general, but just not back from Edinburgh.

What celebrity death hit you the hardest in 2016 (mine was Wogan)?

Terry Wogan died!? Jesus…

Here’s a space to write about anything you want. Go for it.

There are people who actually believe the world is flat. Its hilarious:
