Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year finalist 2016 and Paramount Funniest Student finalist Ed Patrick is both comedian and junior doctor
Hello. How are you today?
I am hot, it is a hot day and I’m wearing shorts
Are you ready for another month of Edinburgh Fringe action?
This is my debut show, I don’t know if I’ll ever feel ready, but crossing fingers
At this stage, how closely does your programme blurb match the content of your show?
Pretty close
What are your tips for getting people to see your show?
Spreading the word, flyering, social media-ing
Who are you sharing a flat with this festival and how will you help each other survive the month?
I’m renting a room from one of my best mates. We lived together before, but he’s recently got engaged and his fiance lives with him, so I’m coming to terms with the fact I’m not number 1 in his life anymore. I’ll survive by crying myself to sleep.
Any shows you’re particularly excited about seeing?
Hmm Glenn Wool, Pete Johansson
Other than the great shows, what else are you looking forward to about your trip to Edinburgh this year?
Edinburgh is beautiful so just walking around, going up various hills, pubs being open later than 11pm
Salt and sauce on your chips?
Chips, cheese and gravy. Sorry if this offends anyone
Here’s a space to write about anything you want. Go for it.
It would be lovely to see you at my show, come see it, doctor’s orders
