Our good friends at Weirdo’s comedy club are producing an exciting, amazing, incredible live stage production of Steven Spielberg’s greatest film, Hook.
The production comprises an all-star cast of London’s best, most imaginative up-and-coming comedians, including Edinburgh Best Newcomer nominee Ben Target, Holly Burn (“sexy and bonkers” – Eddie Izzard), John Kearns (“Weird, room-splitting lunacy”- Chortle), Matt Highton (“wonderful surrealism” – Guardian) and Karl Schultz (“a wonderful performer” – London Is Funny).
Laugh Out London’s own Tom Meek and Jack De’Ath may even make an appearance too, and the whole thing is directed by Adam Larter.
All the excitment happens over three nights at the Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club from December 17-19, with all profits to go towards Great Ormond Street hospital. Expect a swashbuckling pantomime of great adventure. And tights.
